Talayna Tremblay is a writer/researcher for Las Vegas CME as well as a student at the University of Lethbridge. She will be completing her Bachelor of Science with a Kinesiology major in December, 2015. She has been selected to be the University of Lethbridge Women’s Rugby student athletic trainer for their 2015/2016 season. She has always had a passion for health and fitness and is constantly looking for new ways to improve. Talayna played four years of varsity volleyball with the Medicine Hat College Rattlers and the University of Regina Cougars, played internationally in Japan and Cuba, and was invited to the Team Canada training camp in 2012. Talayna has coached young athletes from the ages of 10-18, hosting volleyball camps and assistant coaching the 18U Medicine Hat Rattler club team. Talayna strives for greatness and plans on continuing her education, researching and writing, as well as improving her health and fitness.
